Last year, commercial buildings consumed roughly 20 percent of all energy in the U.S. economy. Improving energy efficiency in our building stock will create jobs, reduce dependence on fossil fuels, and make our air cleaner all while saving businesses money.

Join us on the 15th as Jim Lauckner, Director, Smart Energy Initiative of Southeastern PA and Chuck Evans, Managing Director, South Eastern Economic Development Company of PA, discuss all aspects of developing an energy project, from site selection and the initial feasibility analysis, to technical specifications, government rebates and incentives. They will also present financing options, including SBA financing and the EnergyWorks loan program, both of which can be applied to commercial efficiency, geothermal and solar projects.
